Dr. Natalya Frolova

Dr. Natalya Frolova is a 2012 graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. She was born and raised in Moscow, Russia where she started her education from elementary school through her Doctorate degree from the Russian State Medical University. In 1999, she had moved to the United States where she was working for several years as a scientist. Feeling a need to apply her medical knowledge, she decided to go back to school, earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from US accredited school.

In May of 2015, she opened 4UrEYECare in Moody, AL. Dr. Frolova performs eye exams on patients of all ages (from 6 months old to 106 years old). At her office at 4UrEYE Care she does diabetic eye exams, contact lens fittings, cataracts and glaucoma evaluations, refractive surgery co-managements. One of her main interest include improving quality of life for patients with chronic blepharitis and dry eyes. At 4UrEYE Care, she performs BlephEx treatments and amniotic membrane placements to help patients with this condition. Dr. Frolova is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and Alabama Optometric Association (ALOA). She has been a member of Vision Source, North America’s premier network of private practice optometrists, since 2014. She is married and has three children; her family resides in Leeds, AL. In her spare time, Dr. Frolova likes to take her children to the park to feed ducks and cook. She is fluent in Russian and English languages.
